The testing process itself is fairly straightforward, convenient, and efficient. I was able to easily make an appointment on their website, drive through the testing site, fill out a single page of paperwork, and was tested within 15 minutes. I received my results via text through a secure portal one day later. Their testing process was a lot better than another practice I visited for COVID-19 testing, so I"d rate their testing process 5 stars. My less than stellar rating is for their billing practices. Per their website and other promotional materials, this is "free COVID-19 testing" at "no costs to patients" and "all insurances welcome." From personal experience, I would strongly caution potential patients from thinking that the billing process as painless as it sounds. Personic initially billed my insurance $225 but sent it to the wrong insurance for processing, despite me providing my insurance card at the site (and they took a picture of it). A month later, they rebilled my correct insurance but at $550 for two services of diagnostic pathology at $300 and $250 respectively. They also billed under two different providers (my assumption is that they had a change in providers between the first billing and the second), which confused me because I had never heard of the second provider and had to look him up. According to my insurance, Personic is out of their network. Thankfully, my insurance handled the situation and paid a check on my behalf as they are covering all COVID testing, but let me say I had a panic attack thinking I owed Personic $550 for one COVID-19 test. It's less if you just pay out of pocket! The ordeal left me feeling dismayed and aggravated. I'm detailing my experience to bring attention to others. Make sure your insurance can cover Personic and/or COVID testing.

The process is simple you go and they tell you that you must get a rapid test before the pcr which it takes about filling paperwork and do the swab which takes 20 minutes at most. The surprise comes back in about 3 months later as they will charge your insurance 300 for out of patient network and 250 for the pcr test. Which can of course insurance does not cover and you have to pay out of pocket. The bait and switch is that they charge the insurance company that amount but if you want to pay straight out the price for the test is 120. So if you have a family of 4 that does the pcr test that is over 2000 that you have to pay in about 3 months when the insurance company tells you have to pay as it wont cover the test. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!

After reading reviews i was a little hesitant but I had great experience this week. Smooth sailing from entering the parking lot and being greeted to having my test done. Think some people are looking for miracles when they have poor planning. Keep up the good work. Thanks for all that you do!

I'm not surprised to see the recent wave of negative reviews after our experience there. 4 of us went with pre registered times for PCR tests. Two of us got our test 36 hours later and 2 of us NEVER got our results. Not to mention even with the appointment, 3 of us had to wait 3hrs!!! to get tested and the last one 1h15mins. Absolute shame they haven't figured out their testing setup almost 2 years into the pandemic and I can't recommend them. I would look to get a Navica test or find a more reliable local center. UPDATE: one of the 2 got their test over 3 days later which is completely useless and the other still hasn't gotten anything. Calling them is useless as we finally gave up after being on hold for over 1.5hrs
