This has to be one of the most dysfunctional companies. New employees come on board and don't have Job Descriptions and Job Titles while not knowing what their responsibilities are. You never know how you are doing because there are no Performance Reviews or feedback systems. The communication within the company is awful. The morale is quite low because of the discriminatory practices and basic job insecurity. Problems are not addressed or dealt with because these are swept under the rug. It is primarily a reactive driven organization with few formalized policies and procedures. Some privileged staff don't call work when sick with several working part-time or less hours but continuing to receive full time pay. The agency does not encourage employees to have a voice or speak their mind because they perceive this as complaining. Employees are not included in the decision-making process. Those receiving services are at times not treated with dignity and respect. The practices are unquestionable at times.

My experience with this particular company was terrible. I did not receive proper training from the front end, just kind of thrown out to the wolves. The program was not developed causing me to have to write the manual and procedures. I received little to no support or appreciation during my tenure. There were days others did not come to work without calling in. I would work my 40 plus hours, but majority of staff did not. Some would be out for long periods of time and get paid for full time hours, which was definitely de-motivating to say the least. Others would work less than 20 hours weekly and get full time pay. There was no advertising for the services nor did broad credentialing occur. Partiality or favoritism was rampant. Communication was non-existent. Clients were seen as paychecks and seemingly devalued. Some of the practices were questionable and bordering on being unethical.
