So I have been dealing with HomeTrust for several years now and they have yet to disappointment. I can say that each location (Eden, Reidsville, Danville & Martinsville) I have dealt with has the same great customer service. On last week I reached out to Ruthann Hodges inquiring on what I needed to do concerning opening a new account since I am already a customer. Her timely and effect response was outstanding. Not only did she get what I needed together right away but she took the time out of her schedule to bring me the paperwork to sign off on to my office. I wanted to publicly thank her for her exceptional customer service. A lot of people with her title(s) of Assistant VP and Branch Manager would not have taken this kind of time out of their schedule, and for that I am thankful. If you are looking for a friendly environment and staff do your banking with HomeTrust they live up to their name( I know for a fact in the 4 locations I have dealt with)
