        I have had a non working cpap for over a year and after taking it to them multiple times, I still get sent back out with a non-working machine. Meanwhile my health gets worse and they continue to bill my insurance! I am returning it today! DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE! IT IS NOT THE SAME AS WHEN MR ELLIS RAN IT!!!

        I called the other day and ask why my daughter haven't received her cpap machine which was order in last oct. And it was like pulling teeth. It was just excuses after excuses. And then she said she would look into it and call my daughter. Which never happened. So if this how you run a business maybe it should be closed.

        Wish I could give no stars.. Total bullcrap. I was on hold for 1/2 an hour for having 1 simple question about their products. Must not need my business. I heard customer service was poor but this is unreal. Never did take my call. (And I was next in line)
