We called today because my 9 year old dog has been vomiting and is listless..."we can see her on Monday." This is the second time we call and they are not helpful. We have been coming here with our 2 pets for a long time. Not happy with this service anymore. It appears they no longer have the staff to support good care. We will be looking for a better place.

Rosa,We understand how stressful and upsetting it can be when our pets are not feeling well. Being a small, general practice clinic, we strive to accommodate as many sick appointments as we can, which often results in us having a full schedule. This is especially true on Fridays, as our hours are limited and many pets require care right before the weekend. When your husband initially placed the call and spoke with our CSR team, he indicated that our next available appointment on Monday would be suitable. We would have gladly seen your pet today if our schedule had permitted. If you feel that your pet is experiencing an emergency, we always advise that you seek care at an emergency facility.

Dr. Martinez was very kind and patient answering all of my questions. He did not try to sell me anything extra and was easy to talk to. Nice office. I highly recommend it.

My fur baby has never received personal care until Dr. Martinez became his veterinarian. He took his time and ensured I understood how to administer the medication being prescribed. I highly recommend you bring your babies here!
