I have a law practice and my newly installed NEC phone system had all kinds of glitches and was not working very well. I called TelNet on an urgent basis and everyone I spoke with (two Mikes) at TelNet was responsive, professional, knowledgeable and understanding of my situation. They researched my phone problems first to be sure they could fix the problems and then they sent a technician. The technician, Jim, was exceptional (and I've worked with several other phone companies and technicians over the years). He was able to resolve what others told me was impossible almost immediately. He was on time, knowledgeable, professional, friendly, fast and fixed every issue and then some. I can't recommend this company enough. I had a Nortel system for 12 years before lightening zapped it. I only wish I knew about TelNet when I purchased the new system. After 7 weeks of unresolved phone problems before I found you, the system is working well. Thank you all.

I am the Principal, CFO of Hepburn and Sons LLC. Mike Howard's TelNet team supported our office expansion and phone system upgrade projects. TelNet increased our professionalism in our conference spaces by wiring and installing projectors, cameras and TV's via HDMI/VGA. They also ensured every office was wired with Cat5 lines for VOIP and Internet. I just wanted to commend your company on the two technicians that were sent to perform work here at our Stafford office today. They did a wonderful job, were very professional, friendly and knew exactly what they needed to do to take care of our cable issues.
