Called this place for a ride to the airport. No one showed up, phone number didn’t work when I tried to call and check in on the progress of the driver, called another yellow cab location (Vienna) that just hung up on me. Had to drive myself or I would’ve missed my flight. Terrible and not reliable.

Very shady. The cab arrived with two men, one driver and one passenger. Only a small decal on the side indicated it was a "yellow cab." There were no credentials in the cab, no hack license, no driver's photo/license, nothing. I requested the driver's credentials. He hemmed and hawed then produced a generic business card with no name. I asked about the man in the passenger seat (who had not uttered a word and had not moved a muscle). "Oh, he is just a trainee." I repeated my request for the passenger's credentials. "Just a trainee," the driver responded, "Are you coming or not?" Not a chance. What kind of shady, backstreet company is this? I'm going to the authorities. (they got one star only because I couldn't post with no stars)
