Adco

Called them because our unit (which is still under warranty) has been squeaking since it was installed. We cannot use another company because it will void our warranty. Apparently, they left the service manual in our unit when it was installed which was making the noise we'd been hearing. They still charged us $85 even though THEY left the book in the unit. They said they spoke to my husband so I paid them. My husband called the office to talk to them about the fee since it was their fault, not ours. They refused to refund our money and the receptionist was awful to my husband when he called. Don't waste your time with this place!!!! This is not our first incident with them after being loyal. We've moved on but used them this time because of our warranty, only to be reminded why we stopped using them to begin with.

Have used ADCO for over 20 years and have a service contract with them. Our heat pump air conditioner, which had the condenser replaced by ADCO a couple months ago, has quit. For three days I have been calling and getting an answering service that tells me each time I call that ADCO will call me back. They haven't. If I could rate them lower, I would.

My wife call them out for an after hours repair and they identified the problem, but failed to make the repair. This left a part of my home at 49 degrees overnight. I came home from work this next morning, picked up the part at Home Depot, and had the repair done in an hour or two. ADCO refused to refund any part of the $185 after hours charge. I have moved on to a different company......

Absolute professionals who did a fantastic job--and quickly. The old saying of "Quality, price, and speed: pick two" didn't apply at all here. Our air conditioner was replaced along with inside coil in just over 2 hours. Within 3 hours, our house had gone from 84° to 74°. I should also mention that the price came in several hundred dollars lower than the two other quotes we got, for the EXACT same units. I'll be using Adco from here on out.
