Visiting Angels

Our caregiver, Norma, has been with us for 2 years now, having taking care of my mom in her final days and my dad following my mom's death. When you imagine having a caregiver, Norma exceeds expectations. She is caring, kind, and invested in his well-being. We are very thankful to have found her through Visiting Angels.

My mother is so happy to have Zakia as her home companion. We have tried different caregivers and different home care services over the past several years to find a good fit for my mother. Zakia is the prefect fit. Zakia helps my mother live her best life. I know my mother is safe in Zakia's care and I know my mother's life is enriched by Zakia's presence. My mother is very active in the middle of the day. Being able to have Zakia come from 9 to 3 has been perfect for us.

Our family had a 5 year working relationship with Visiting Angels (VA) which sadly came to an end after our mothers passing (Patsy Michalski) on Feb 26. Prior to hiring VA, we worked briefly with two other agencies but were dissatisfied with their services. After hiring VA, we could not have been more pleased with the services provided. Daniela with VA was our mothers caregiver for nearly 4 years, and she unsurpassed our expectations. Daniela was very professional and extremely attentive to our mothers needs. Daniela loved our mother as if she was her own grandmother. We are so grateful VA sent Daniela (truly an angel) to care for our mother. A shout out as well to VA for being a well organized company who takes great interest in how their caregivers are doing. Thank you for caring !!!

Annette of Visiting Angels is great! She volunteers to do anything and assisted with everything. I have limited use of my hands. She is a true Angel.

Visiting Angels (VA) has been a life-saver in helping to care for my mother for the last year. I live far away, and it has been so helpful to have qualified caregivers to check on my mom and take her to appointments and church. VA has been very responsive in meeting changing needs and making sure the caregivers are a good fit. We have been blessed to have had several extraordinary caregivers who have bonded well with my mother, and helped in in extreme situations (staying with her for 8+ hours in the ER for example). Additionally, when an initial caregiver did not seem to be a good match, VA responded immediately with a different caregiver that worked out great. I can't say enough good things about the agency and the peace-of mind they have provided for our whole family. Thanks for providing some loving care to our mother.
