I have to say that the Comfort Keepers in Manassas has the most amazing Caregivers. They are helpful, caring, dependable, hardworking, professional and will go out of their way to anticipate a need without being asked. I have dealt with caregiver agencies for over 13 years and have never had such a wonderful experience with EVERY caregiver that attended to our Dad's needs. The ladies in the office are very kind and worked very hard to meet our needs. It was as if we were friends for years. How refreshing to work with an agency that truly cares and puts the client's needs first. Comfort Keepers in Manassas is the true definition of how a Caregiver should be. Thank you for taking such wonderful care of our Dad. Our family truly appreciates each and every one of you for keeping him safe and giving us the peace of mind that he was in good hands. I highly recommend Comfort Keepers of Manassas in Virginia. I was in need of immediate companion care for my dad who lived alone. Comfort Keepers was able to provide companion care quickly and effectively. The care that was provided to my dad was superb and was exactly what he needed. The communication between the care givers, myself and the management was effective and so helpful. The care givers went above and beyond in meeting my dad's needs. When they had concerns regarding a bed sore. It was communicated to me right away and I was able to get him the medical assistance he needed. The family room website is a great tool to communicate to the care givers if you have a concern or a change in needs. We are very pleased with Comfort Keepers. We have been using them for several months. They have sent some very nice caregivers for my mother in law. We like that you can leave them a message on the weekend and receive a call back promptly. We would definitely recommend using Comfort Keepers if you have a need for a caregiver.
