I can't even begin to describe the amazing level of service I have received from this company. RJ and Kat are amazing to work with and they are so attentive, patient and just overall a pleasure! Keep doing what you are doing!!

My experience with Gate Logic Security has been less than satisfactory. I recently purchased a property where they had done a previous installation of coil sensors. The first thing that was obvious about the installation was that the filler that they used to seat the coils was white in stark contrast to the black pavement. On closer inspection of the workmanship, I noticed exposed wires in three different locations: one on the coil itself and two separate instances of wire running into conduit that was exposed on the ground next to the asphalt. Given their state of exposure, I reasonably expected one or more of the wire sets would be severed by routine driveway traffic. I brought this lack of quality workmanship ship to the attention of the CEO who erroneously dismissed the state of the installation as being the result of problems with the asphalt. The CEO would not take ownership of the very substandard installation that was performed. I would recommend that a prospective Gate Logic customer be wary of the quality of workmanship that they can expect. Had this installation been performed for me rather than the previous absent homeowner, they would not have been paid until the installation was satisfactory.
