Unfortunately is a lot of old people who's go to this location than can't complain because they feel that people who work there not care about them in 2 days of dialysis there I was witness of look of technicians responsibilities like if the machine is beeping if not is your patient they not help, the lobby is to small that patient can't have 6 feet social distance, on Wednesday I let them know I have a procedure than have to be on Friday and I let them know the way they can provide a different schedule for my dialysis is Saturday now and still waiting at home when I suppose to take the 3 days of dialysis. What I can see is they people who work there are very disorganized. Unfortunately for people like me and old people we visit this places because our health requires not all people like me have the opportunity to express how we feel I really feel sorry for those old and latinos people that can't have the opportunity to talk and let the know what they doing wrong.
