Critical: Quality, ResponsivenessWe hired this company to renovate 2 bathrooms and paint 2 levels of our townhouse. They had to cut drywall and replace. The drywall was not smooth and had to have them come back. It's still not smooth in all the areas. The tile guy cut too high on the door way trim. They did replace one side of door but another doorway was still cut a bit too high. The caulking they did was not very good. It was messy. There was a leak in the 2nd bathroom and water poured to the dining room chandalier. They did fix it though. They had to come out for leaking in the other bathroom shower before it stopped leaking. The painting was substandard. I have had to redo some of the painting because the cutting was not very good. I am still cleaning up paint on the baseboards and the wood floors. I had to scrape paint of the glass in one door way. They splashed paint while washing their brushes in the half bathroom and I will now need to repaint it. They were not very responsive when I had issues. I had to contact that because they never responded. Overall, I could have done a better job painting. They couldn't even tape properly before painting. There were so many issues it came to a point where I decided to fix some of the work myself. I am extremely disappointed with the job since we paid them over $20,000 to do the work. This also included work on my condo which was also not a great job. DO NOT USE
