Bianchi's Carpet & Rug Cleaning

We had a very frustrating experience with this company.  We had set aside our morning after being told that their technician would arrive between 9:00 and 9:30.  After not hearing from them by 9:45, we called and then were told that they were delayed and their technician would arrive in approximately an hour.  Didn't happen.  Then the technician called about an hour an a half later and said he still was at least an hour away.When he arrived, he was the opposite of apologetic; and told us we had to understand why our expectations weren't valid.  It's not pleasant dealing with someone who is so customer un-responsive.  In the end, the work was good.  But we're not using this company again.

Tony & his staff have been very effective in cleaning everything I needed to clean. I have also referred him to friends that rave about his work...and he's also price competitive! Just by taking on the phone with someone you would know if they are the ones or not.the fact that tony the owner was willing to work for basically free is crazy to even think of nowadays but yes they got the job done not just once but twice for me so give them a call and allow them solve your problem Service: General carpet cleaning
