I made an appointment on 3/10/18 for 5:15 pm. I arrived at 5:10 pm and explained this is the first time I have highlighted or done anything really to my hair other than normal cuts or trimming. She didn’t finish my hair until 9:30 pm. When we completed my hair, she covered up her mistake in the front on my hair with trying to comb/style it over. Well it was late and didn’t want to stay any longer. I didn’t notice it until I arrived home. I tried to let the highlights sink in but I didn’t like it and was really unhappy with the mistake in front of my hair mainly. I went back on 3/12/18 and told them and asked for a refund on my highlights only. I was originally told that they can only refund a product, not a service. That answer changed ten minutes into trying to get my money back on my highlights. She would have been able to refund 60% of highlights. If you can refund 60%, you can refund the full amount. She then stated to me that I need to write a letter explaining the situation and promised she would get it to her corporate office. She gave me a card only to call the “corporate office” and it is the hair salon. I spoke with the same woman I met with and ask for a corporate number. Rosa stated she isn’t allowed to give out that information. In her same statement they are not affiliated with the corporate people. Which makes me wonder how they will be provide me a refund. I don’t feel I am being unreasonable. I gave the lady a $40 tip and stated she can keep it and I am happy to pay for the haircut and blow dry. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. I am so disappointment in the service I received. I am still working on finding this corporate office to receive a refund since the salon itself can’t.

Decent haircut for the price, but there salon was FILTHY. The lady who cut my hair used scissors so dirty she had to wipe someone else's hair out of them, then Proceeded to use another dirty hairbrush to clean the brush she tried to use on me-I feel really strongly about hairballs, they're on my gross out list and this place was covered in cut hair and every surface was covered in grime, dust and hair. 👎 NOPE.
