I came in for an oil change and tire rotation. The customer representative was very detailed with the explanation of services and also explained the need for additional services required based on the mileage. One thing that was appreciated was that he did not pressure me to include any of the recommended services. The team was very quick with completing the job and got me out there in no time.

Let me start by saying I hate going to dealerships . Well, not anymore!!! When I walked in, Ash looked up and said to let him know if I needed anything. Wait what?! No hassling me four feet inside the door? I showed him an online window sticker for a vehicle I wanted to see. Two minutes later it was running out front and he told me to take it for a test drive and started to walk away. No chaperone?! I was so amazed, I invited him to ride with me. We talked about our families and a little about our past. When we got back, I asked for a few minutes to scour the vehicle and he said take your time and left me be. I even wanted to compare a few things across multiple Titans on the lot and he lined them up with a smile on his face. I didnt buy a Titan today. I bought a Titan experience. Ash brought in Drew who made sure I felt welcome and lined up the financing office immediately. I cant remember the financing guys name but he had me in and out in 10 mins. Again, no trying to explain how if I didnt get the diamond deluxe package add on for a million dollars that my wheels would fall off. And he had a cool keyboard. All in all, I left feeling like family. Ash, if youre reading this, I want to see your Armada in 10 years when you only have 100,000 miles on that beast of a V8 LOL. See yall Monday!
