I reached out to Curtis, the owner, to do an interior and exterior detail for my Tesla Model Y. He responded promptly and was able to schedule me within two days. He even traveled to my apartment in DC and was able to do the detail in my parking garage. Curtis and his assistant did an incredible job at a fair price. Terrible service and very unprofessional. They were very polite until I questioned the quality of work and then i was being shouted on phone and said implied I am leacher trying to get a refund. As you see from the photos of Interior Detailed and Hand Wash what the results were, there was no shampoo done they just used an upholstery cleaner (probably like Blue Coral, i can guess from the smell). I usually let a bad experience just slide by but in this case the shouting and personal insult got to me. Service: Auto detailing

Reasonable prices, quality work, and amazing customer service. The owner curtis treats you as if you are his ONLY-CLIENT. Highly recommend, and I will be a repeating customer now.
