Well after several years of taking our animals here we decided to move to another vet as our German Shepard had a appointment set for the 15 to look at a lipoma we called to see if we could get some pain meds for her as she was having pain in her hip which we already knew she has hip displasia Sonya said now and they were booked up we explained we already had a appointment set but that didnt matter this was unacceptable at least she could have ask doctor if she could give anything but she never asked so much for being a dedicated client I guess nobody cares anymore we are very saddened that we were treated this way

I have worked with this vet for 20 years. Super understanding, ethical, very knowledgeable. Good vets engaged in this business for all the right reasons.

We have seen Dr. Hayes for our cat and dog for years. She does such a great job and is always very accommodating, reasonable, and great at communicating treatment options. Our dog is a nervous wreck at the vet and she is very patient and caring. I highly recommend!!
