        Don't Show up when supposed to. Did not leave record of fill up recently. Many more. Generally, still do not give service in the way they promised they would do it.

        I have been calling for tank refill since January 6 2022. I was told delivery on January 12, 2022. Called again with date January 14, 2022. Called again with date given January 19, 2022. As of this date January 26, 2022. No delivery date given when called. I am now 11%. I HAVE never experienced this in consistency before. America's had always great standards for their customers I cannot get an answer when I ask about late or no refill.

        I have been trying to reach someone at the local office since 11/15/2021. Our company received a refund check and we do not know what tenant to refund it to. Every time you call you get a foreign person that cannot speak much English and they say to call the local branch always routed to call center. We are a commercial property and to credit this to the correct tenant. Horrible company.
