Purchased a drone from them and received conformation that my order and payment was received. Placed order on 3/29 and still havtnot received any information about my drone being shipped. I purchased next day shipping that was $173. It is now a week later and still nothing. I received an email from them saying they will send my order asap but still have not heard anything else from them. I have emailed them 4 more times and still nothing. Also no one will answer the phone. $2091.62 they received and my order has yet to be shipped. Buy at your own risk! I purchased a drone from Dji website after I ordered from skyboss and it has already delivered to me after 3 days.

I ordered the mavic 2 zoom. Purchased the drone through Affirm, and skyboss drones received my payment. I got a email from skyboss drones that they are getting my order ready to be shipped. Have not heard from them since. The order was purchased on April 18th. Left numerous emails and voice mails, with no responds. Very disappointing on no feed back on my order. I have ordered from them before with no issues. I'm disputing this order with Affirm. I will not order from this company again. Bad customer service. Thumbs down all the way, very disappointing.
