Parents beware. They caused unnecessary harm to my daughters kidney. I have a 2 year old and shes suffered from kidney issues her entire life, she developed a UTI in which I had to rush her to the hospital because of a high fever. Her doctor Was Dr. Boden and I chose to follow up with her after my daughters hospitalization. Unfortunately maybe a month later after stopping her antibiotics she got another uti in which I had to rush her to the hospital. I was in communication with Dr.Boden the entire time and she told me I needed to rush her in. My daughter sat in the waiting room with a 105 fever. After crying and pleading for someone to see her they sit us in a tiny room where an LPN by the name of Emily comes in and completely ignored what I tell her and jams a thermometer in my TWO YEAR OLDS mouth. She was crying and gagging and Emily didnt even stop she kept pushing it in and then proceeded to tell me there was nothing they could do for her fever until a doctor sees her and they dont know when they are going to see her. I tell her Dr. Boden sent me, she tells me there is no Dr.Boden there. We finally get pushed back to see someone, Dr.Quinn, who has zero empathy or care for my daughter whatsoever, 6 hours with no IVC, blood cultures ordered but nothing ordered for the UTI, necessaries rads ordered and her chart reads that shes having respiratory distress when she is not, so it was just a way to tack up the bill while we wait. The nurse Keith who came to take her blood almost broke her little arm by grabbing it and twisting it and taking a needle and fishing around in a spot we specifically told him nobody can draw blood from. Shes been in and out of the hospital since birth, we know this and nobody listened. They places a urine collection bag on my daughter which any doctor knows that is not recommended for child her age to collect a sterile sample. We watched our daughter lay there suffering and not a single doctor or nurse cared. My daughters kidney function is now at 3 percent when I went In there, it was perfectly functioning and through their negligence my daughter now has to suffer. Also, please look over your bills. They charge 400 dollars for a single 5ml dose of Tylenol you can get at the grocery store for a full bottle thats 8 dollars. Don't take your children here.

Who knows when youll get billed and what youll get billed for. Anyone else seeing this feel free to email this account to start a class action lawsuit. Thats the only way the theft will stop.

Practice ethical billing! Weve lived out of state 2 years and we are still having issues with centras billing department! If you can go elsewhere, dont hesitate! If you cant, get everything itemized and keep all your records, and dont trust them to file your insurance properly.
