I did not get my flooring and backsplash from them,but the next go round I will.We were desperately seeking a new flooring installer and on a whim,I called Hill City and spoke with Roxanne,and she sent her flooring men to us.Michael Knight and Jay,installed all of my flooring for a fraction of what everyone else would have done.This was unparalleled customer service.Hill City folks...knows customer service.

I had damaged floors in a small area in my basement. The wood flooring was obsolete and Hill city worked with me to find a compatible replacement. The install team was very friendly and professional. I highly recommend Hill city carpet and flooring they are awesome to work with!

Do NOT use this company. Hill City Carpet & Flooring missed numerous deadlines that were agreed upon in writing, they stole tools from my house that were in areas of the house they had no business being, and use warped & faulty materials for their installation. They were 2 months late on the original due date, and the job would not have been done without me constantly calling the owner, the secretary, and the actual laborers to request updates on the work. Blake the owner will listen to your concerns, but will not make his crews meet deadlines because he has very little control over what they do, because he sub contracts out most, if not all of the work this company does. His "workers" don't even work for him. I am honestly not the type to talk bad about another person's business. Everyone has bad days and things happen. But if I can make even one person avoid using this company with this review, I just don't want anyone else to experience what I went through with this company. -Jordan

This was mine and my husbands 2nd time hiring Hill City. Blake and Roxanne were wonderful to deal with. Our floors looked BEAUTIFUL and they were also willing to work with us for a few weeks when we came up short after installation. 800 sq ft or vinyl plank flooring (which we preferred even over our hardwood that was throughout the rest of the house because of the durability) took around 6 hours to complete. They never nickle and dimed us for the removal of demolished material either. The materials they sell are of very high quality, even down to the most affordable options. I wouldn't want to hire anyone else for my flooring needs! Highly recommend!
