Maurice did an incredible job transforming our bathroom. We searched all over for somebody highly recommended who was able to handle the trickiest of details and settled in on Maurice. We used a herringbone Carrera marble tile on the floor and marble subway tile on the shower walls . Our floor needed to be leveled bc or home was built so long ago. We also added numerous solid marble shelves and a marble sill plate. His detail work was perfect and he was a joy to work with. We hired Maurice to completely update our master bath. He did an excellent job and was on budget. He was also very helpful in choosing colors, materials and even decorations. Every day he cleaned up and hauled away the waste from the project. Whenever I had a question or concern about anything, he responded quickly to my text or phone call. Maurice is very talented and skilled. I would recommend him to all my friends and family. I had several contractors that tried to give me a quote over the phone without looking at my shower, some showed up and never sent me a quote. Maurice came on time and showed a real interest in my problem. He really wanted my shower to be fixed right. He gave me a quote that day. He originally quoted fixing the floor and first layer of tile in the shower. Once he ripped them out we realized the original tile had water behind it and was not in good shape. He was already booked up with other clients and had only scheduled us to have the floor and one layer of tile replaced. I really wanted Maurice to fix the whole shower. He took additional time in between other jobs to come back and make sure our whole shower was complete. He is skilled at what he does and knows his stuff. He takes no shortcuts and makes sure it is done right. He is very professional and was just a friendly person to have in my house. He had answers to all my questions, I had a lot, and is very knowledgeable of his trade. He cleaned up after himself everyday because we still used the sinks and toilet in that bathroom.
