        I moved my money from Northern Star Credit Union in Portsmouth VA. and have no regrets. The staff is always friendly and helpful when I have any questions. Was glad when the branch opened in Bedford! Thanks for your service!!!!!

        Paid off my car loan, so glad I dont have to deal with ignorant, rude people anymore! Asked about my title transfer and the heavyweight woman who sits on the left side of the the office was rude and didnt want to answer to my question. She was aggravated for some reason. I felt so uncomfortable and upset after I left, that had to call them and speak to the same woman to let her know how rude she was. Customer service 101 being taught by a customer.
