If I could give this office zero stars, I would. I was so poorly treated here as soon as I walked in the door. I made an appointment 6 months ago and got a text to confirm my appointment. When I arrived, they had cancelled my appointment because they didn't get a "verbal confirmation" over the phone from me. I explained that I never received a call and showed them my call history. Instead they said, "it's our policy." They had no care in the world that I took time off work and made the effort to be there during a busy work day. This place makes appointments, but doesn't keep them. Which is kinda the point!

I typically dont write reviews but I felt pretty irritated and thought Id express my opinion. I have waited about or over 8 months for my cleaning appointment. I first scheduled like roughly 8 months ago as a new patient, then it got canceled because the dentist was out. Then it was rescheduled for another 4 months out since again, Im a new patient. My appointment was suppose to be tomorrow and I just got another call with a canceled appointment due to the dentist being out. I will not be coming or rescheduling an appointment at this point.

Good work ..but, told me how many things i needed to be get done,and don't take the time to go over a financial option,or any options at all.

I have been to several dentists from here luray Virginia to California and Florida. Ive never experienced such a wonderful Dentist. He does several procedures with one sitting very gentle very little pain very caring. I have zero wait time the longest Ive waited in the lobby is probably about 5 to 7 minutes. Ive never experienced having such awesome dental care and the work he does is Exceptional
