UVA Health Medical Associates of Louisa

You can't see the doctor for months! The early clinic appointments are limited to six!! In the last 4 years I have had cancer, shoulder surgery and total knee replacement. I had what i thought was a uti. I called at 8 a.m. and was on hold for 4 minutes. Then told no more appointments for the day. Told to go to an urgent care facility. Pathetic. Shame on UVA. Might have to call a news channel to see if they can do anything?

The worst service from a medical practice that I've ever had. If you are sick in dire need of an appointment they don't have any available. They tell you to call at 8 in the morning for an appointment and at 8:04 they are all booked and no appointments are available so they just tell you to keep trying every morning. Beyond ridiculous

DR Green is one of the best Doctors in the business. It is a shame he is associated with this practice. It was great at one time but now you can only get an urgent care appt if you call at 8AM in the morning. They will not give you an appointment to see an urgent care person for tomorrow or anytime in in the future. However, You can make an appointment with a Great Doctor, DR Green but there is a long wait. This place desperately needs some changes.

THIS OFFICE IS TRASH THEY WILL KICK YOU OUT THE SYSTEM EVEN WHEN YOU CANCEL IN ADVANCE. MY ELDERLY MOTHER IS GOING THROUGH THIS NOW RUNNING OUT OF MEDICINE AND THE DOCTOR WONT REFILL IT

If I could give ZERO stars I would. Terrible communications among staff & healthcare providers evident. Got 2 of my MEDICINES MIXED UP AND ORDERED WRONG MEDICINE FROM PHARMACY and POOR (non-existent?) communication with my auto-fill prescription provider!! I'm returning to the doctor's office I had before I made the MISTAKE of moving to UVA Health Medical Associates of Louisa!!!
