image Don't come here if you actually want to see a doctor in person. They will just tell you to schedule a video visit when you walk in which is pretty ridiculous for an "urgent care center". Go somewhere else.

image I had to reschedule because I was told I needed to fast to have a physical then called back to see if I needed anything else for next time and was told that I could have had the physical (just wouldn't have been able to do blood work that day). Then today (my new appt day) I was called less than an hour before the appt and told they didn't do physicals at 6:30pm...I had already fasted for 12 hours during a day I had to work a fast pace job for 8 hours. This is the first negative review I've ever written for any establishment and I'm beyond frustrated
The workers who let me know the right information were very kind though

image Telemedicine visit was awful and despite me letting the doctor know I have a severe allergy to blue dye she still prescribed medicine with blue dye in it my appointment was this morning and now they are closed and I have no medicine. I made many calls and was never able to speak to a live person and I never received a call back. Thanks for nothing allcare

image I went on their website for Covid testing and it stated they have drive up Covid testing at the location near my house. Great. So I had to make a virtual appt to get a drive up appt. The doctor was super nice. However - they don’t do drive up testing at that location (the website doesn’t say that). So she told me to go to a different location and line up as they’re open 2-7. Great. I have to line up with an ADHD toddler in a closed car without an appt. - which is the reason I didn’t actually visit the office. So I call the testing location to ask if I should get there early and she says “ I don’t know - that line forms outside and I’m inside”. Wow not helpful at all to patients. So I get there at 115 because I’m anticipating a long line, and call again to ask where I should line up or should I park (there is no line). The same voice says “I don’t know because it’s not 2pm yet”. This time I asked her name and she hung up on me.
She represented this business in the worst way possible. I knew I should’ve went to Patient First.

image The only thing urgent is the need to get you out the door and the bill in your hand. I won’t be paying $300 for a 2 minute phone call that ended without any medical care being given.
After my wife was diagnosed with a bacterial respiratory infection by her doctor, and given antibiotics for it, I set up a virtual appointment with this place. After explaining the situation and how I was feeling, the doctor told me to get a COVID test and just “see how I’m feeling.” Well, it came back negative and there was no follow through or adequate care given for the infection I told them I had afterwards. While she recovered, I got to spend 2 more weeks sick and in pain thanks to this place.
They had done this before too… came in with muscle pain symptoms from a pre-existing condition and told to get a COVID test, came back negative and there was no “urgent care” involved.
