This is the worst service I have ever had. I went to the Lorton Station Blvd Ste 2 store today to be lied to my face. I inquired about getting a new phone he said Sprint had not completed its merger therefore could not access my number. I received my new phones a few months ago from that location. I will be transferring my business to another service. Pay too much for unprofessional and bad quality service.

I went into the store today to add a line to my account and get two new phones. Stef greeted me when I entered and did a great job setting my family up with a better plan, adding the line, and getting my new phone activated. Stef provided great customer service! He went over my options so I could make an informed decision and took care of everything very quickly. I'll definitely go back and see Stef next time I need something done on my account or with one of my phones.
