Emailed 3x as to why my premium went up and its been almost 2 months without a response to my 3 emails.

The app is supposed to create convenience for those who want a quick transaction. But for individuals like myself who need help understanding why my claim is still, open, how my premium went up, when My car was hit and I wasnt at fault. I have only spoken to a live agent once, and that was while I was reporting that I got hit. Since May of 2021 I have not been able to speak to a live agent nor get any explanation as to why my monthly cost went up, and my vehicle and claim on the app still states Open. This was not the type of care and coverage I was promised, which made me switch to Allstate.

Very poor they dont answer the phone neither do the return them as well. I reached out to them during there hours of operations for 2 weeks and no response. Good luck you all

Was really communicative at first with giving me a policy and everything . Now they never answer the phone when i call about questions regarding any of my policies .
