Have to give at least star or won't let me leave a review......my Mom lives in LOW, she is retired and on Social Security as are a lot of people in LOW. She lives alone and uses very little water and It is absolutely RIDICULOUS that a water bill can be so high. My mother as well as myself have lived in a lot of different places/states/counties and I have NEVER encountered a water bill this high.....

My experience with RSA has always been a positive one. Customer service has always been responsive. Their field reps have been helpful and customer oriented.

I have to agree with others regarding the crazy expensive water rates. My bill is 3X what I paid in the city of Fredericksburg for water AND trash pickup/recycling.
They know they have the 4,000+ homes in Lake of the Woods hostage and are charging obscene rates.

Has to be the most expensive water service I have ever dealt with. Customer service is by far the worst of any company. I would think twice about moving to a community that receives its water and sewage processing from RSA
