Had my home built in 2018. Warranty offered one free annual check of septic system after one year. Company conducted this check without my knowledge. I came home from work to find a paper from company saying annual check has been completed. The next day my septic alarm was going off. I called the company, they sent out a representative to find that the flotation device was flipped upside down. I received a bill in the mail for 135 dollar service fee.I called to attempt to find out why a fee was charged if the day before services everything was fine. The gentleman that answered the phone was extremely rude and had no desire to discuss the situation with me.

We bought our home just over a year ago and it came with an alternative septic system. We found Ecoseptix card in a bundle left by the previous homeowner and she had purchased a year warranty/maintenance plan which transferred with the sale of the house. My first contact with Mr. Scott was to ask general knowledge questions about the system since I've never had one before. He took the time to answer all the questions and make some suggestions about specific septic related issues. That level of customer service itself was impressive. We've had two calls in to them regarding issues with our septic system Mr. Scott and his team have consistently gone above and beyond in my opinion. His technician Rob went through extra steps during the first trouble call to walk me through the entire system and explain it's workings to me. The problem itself was resolved in just a few minutes but Rob was here about an hour going over each part and answering all of my questions. When we had our second trouble call and it turned out to be frozen ground pipes they didn't even charge me for the call out which was well within the contracts rights for them to do. I'm very impressed with their knowledge of the type of system and their level of customer service in maintaining and repairing these systems.
