Watson's Mulch & Topsoil

Wonderful customer service and speed of delivery! I am hoping to get some mulch next week from them! Their topsoil is very nice!

We usually go to them for any mulch or topsoil needed but after this weekend they have lost our business. We asked for 1 ton of sand when my husband paid for it he got less than we asked. He went back the next day to show them the recipet and get 1 more ton and hoping they would make it right for the shorted load the day before they charged us 39 dollars and a whole ton is 45 dollars (what the woman in the office said) we would have paid the difference. He loaded him with over a ton and had the nerve to charge him 77 dollars for all of it even though we only asked for the 1 ton. When I called and spoke to the guy he was extremely rude. Saying the first day he couldn't put 1 whole ton on the truck and the next day he put over a whole ton on it. I asked him to make it right and he refused saying he didn't do anything wrong when we didn't get what we asked for so basically he gave us what he wanted and charged us for what he wanted to give to us not what we asked for. Also they charge by weight and both loads were wet so that makes the weight go up. So they really got over on us just want to give everyone a heads up on what their doing!
