I came in for a filling, and the dentist "discovered" another cavity behind the same tooth. Why she didn't see it during my exam and cleaning I don't know. She started to drill into that cavity and she went right through the dentin and exposed the nerve. Then she had to put in a pulp cap. Now I have a lot of pain when I eat. This has never happened to me in 60 years so I assume it's not a routine risk of getting a cavity filled. She also suggested that I could have a root canal on the spot, which seems to be a pattern with this new dentist, based on other reviews here. I won't go back.

I was having some bad tooth pain and decided to go here because it was closest to my home. I get in and was informed that I needed a root canal and was scheduled for later that day. The reception staff, the X-ray tech were excellent and so nice. By the time the dentist was ready for me I had been sitting 45 minutes past my appointment time. I finally get to her chair and I might as well have been a rock for all the compassion she showed me. It felt like she was drilling and drilling then abruptly she stopped and said I cant finish this you need to go to a specialist . Gave me my check back and a referral to a endodontist and a prescription for a few ibuprofen. Well the endodontist was booked for 2 weeks out. When the lidocaine wore off I was in the most excruciating pain in my life. This dentist has no emergency number at all, so I ended up having to go to the urgent care. Needless to say I dont know what she did to my tooth that resulted in my face swelling the size of a basketball but I went to my primary care physician the very next day and was prescribed proper medication for nerve pain and a antibiotic, and ended up having to have emergency oral surgery and the tooth had to be removed. I dont recommend this kind of cruel treatment to my worst enemy. I certainly would never recommend this dentist to another living soul. This dentist here is why people fear going to them.

The office staff are very nice and professional, however the dentist I seen was fast & rude. I came in to fix a chipped tooth & after fixing it she told me it would break again & might break tomorrow. I pay you to fix my tooth to not break again. ? She also made my tooth look weird. Its smaller the the other. Do not recommend what so ever!!!
