Especially in smaller cities, I am so grateful to find a diamond in the rough, AKA a farm to table restaurant. Went here on a Wednesday night and sat at the bar. It wasn’t too busy and had a great ambiance. One of the owners was there working and he was hilarious - had the perfect mix of deadpan and lighthearted sarcasm. Oh, and food. AMAZE-BALLZ. Seriously. My eyes definitely did the ordering - I selected 3 tapas plates plus one complement of the kitchen. I was stuffed and ended up taking home 3 take out boxes home. For one person. Oops…but not really. Made for a great breakfast. (:

Consistently one of the best restaurants I have dined at, whether in Virginia or elsewhere (and I travel a lot) ... the tapas style menu is great (and although I love traditional Spanish tapas,tapas describes the serving size and the idea that everyone shares in the dishes, not the food) ... both classic and unusual (but tasty!) dishes ... highly, highly recommended

Perfect sized portions for the sensible person. Amazing flavors and personal service. Lindsay was super nice and helpful. Wish this was in Salt Lake.
