Told them I was in pain, but they scheduled my appointment over a month out. I provided them all my insurance information two days before the appointment, when I arrived 15 minutes early) the receptionist blurted out that my visit today would be $300 something. Told her I didn't have that kind of money. She asked them if I had insurance! She said they didn't have it in their records. Really, after two phone conversations two days before? They wasted 30 minutes of my appointment time looking for insurance and I never saw the dentist. After I got frustrated at the time wasted and left, they called me at home and said they did find it after so left, and they could reschedule me. So I could wait another month? I don't think so! The medical clinic as well as other departments here are superb, but the dental clinic needs a major overhaul in front office staff!

Only go for basic health. Doctor that was there and then quickly left told my partner there are cysts on their ovaries that could be very cancerous. She suggested a very old and painful removal method. Go to UVA for pap smear and are told that most people have those and its not cancerous. Shame on you

Dr Hamzeh Al Qublan was amazing he did my extraction same day i am so thankful and greatful for him and all the staff because I was in severe pain thank you again Rockbridge yall rock
