Warning! Worst place ever. I wouldn't have even given 1 star but Google didn't give me a choice. I made an appointment on Thursday 10/4/18 for Tuesday 10/9/18 to have the lower ball joints replaced on my truck. I was told the job would take 4 hours. I dropped my truck off at 7:30 am and drooped my keys off in the door slot, since no one was there and walked to work. I called at 9am, no answer. 9:30am no answer and again at 10:30. I wanted to make sure they had gotten my keys and information since no one took it over the phone. The guy that answered didn't seem to care and only said that he hadn't gotten to it yet. Since I didn't get off work till 3, it was ok at that point. When I got off work and walked back to the shop to pick up my truck, the job wasn't even started. The guy just shurgged at me and said he hadn't gotten around to it, but I could reschedule for the following week. My truck had been left unlocked with the keys in the ignition and unattended all day 0 on Customer service 0 on integrity Seriously horrible, save your self the agravation and time and call a different machanic.

I don't know anyone in Lexington who would take their car here again.
