        So today my wife and I were ticketed because we were park in the handicap spot because they have no tow policy and I came back from the hospital at 12 am and didnt want to have to walk with a sick baby in the cold so this morning I come out to a ticket on my windshield so I went to the police station to figure out whats up and they told us that the rental office called so I then see one of the leasing office employees illegally parked and so I called the police and when they arrived no one was ticketed I dont see how thats fair if you are going to hold me accountable you need to accept accountability

      Dear Kashaddixt 031,We’re sorry to hear that you received a ticket for illegally parking in a handicap spot. Handicap spots whether on our property or off our property are strictly reserved for people with handicap placards who need to utilize the space. The police communication showed someone in need of a handicap space called to report this violation and the police have the authority to act on any type of illegal activity. We have a new and improved smart phone app parking management system coming up soon that will greatly help the quality of the open car parking for residents and their guests.
