My brief visit with Dr. Dulai was a disaster. He was rude, abrupt and condescending from the start, to be charitable. The only time we exchanged words was when he told me all the things he couldn't do. He was not interested in what was actually bothering me and kept asking me why I was there. This is a man who should not be practicing medicine with the public as his bedside manner is nonexistent. I left, and he proceeded to tell the very nice receptionist that I was leaving because I wouldn't answer his questions. What a joke!  No wonder there are only three chairs in the waiting room. I will say the receptionist was very nice.

I agree with other posts, I wish I could give them a Zero rating. This office is NOT patient friendly at all! They do not try to help their patients, they do the bare minimum. And they could care less about their patients. This office should never be recommended!!!

Front desk really bad customer service, the doctor was so mean for doing he's job and so bad actitud u can't ask them questions because the get so mad

Not satisfied with this practice, front desk receptionist is always short/ not the most helpful. Dulai as well never follows up. It's interesting to see none of the reviews are followed up on either. Makes sense I guess.
