    The location of your service department sits on a busy part of town, inevitably you get more customers. Your staff was busy the day of my appointment but took the time to ensure I was taken care of and made it to work for my important meetings.

  • Almighty Peanut

    Purchased a used vehicle with decent miles that put it within factory warranty for major issues. Good thing I did! Get it home only to discover its burning about 1.25-1.5 qt of oil every 1000 miles. Tim, the salesman, was originally easy to deal with and Ill give a star for the process and everything out the door. After you leave, like most dealers, they dont want to hear from you. I have to do a costly oil consumption test right away and hope the manufacturer will honor the warranty if the engine is faulty (doubtful) Phone calls, messages, voice mails and emails go unanswered from Tim now. Sales manager did get back to me and gave me their inspection print out including that this vehicle was filled up with oil but never got back to me about a contact at the dealer to hopefully get help (vs going through the runaround hassle). Something told me I should check the oil and Im glad I did. Right now I do not trust my family in my vehicle as I do not want to wind up on the side of the road (or worse) with a seized engine. If you are purchasing a brand new vehicle, I have no reason to believe your experience will be bad. Steer clear from this dealership for used cars.
