Came out for a repair that ended up needing to be a HVAC call, but gave us water after having been out of water for several days. Also was very professional.

The owner was on time, very knowledgeable of the needed repair required. We were experiencing fluctuations in water pressure and he showed me that the diaphragm in our well tank was filled with water which was causing those fluctuations in water pressure and if not replaced would have caused our water pump at our well to fail from the constant attempts by the well pump to overcome the water logged diaphragm to be unable to provide our home with water. Our hot water tank was also malfunctioning due to the fluctuations in water pressure and it was causing surges in our toilet refill process. The owner provided the option for us to purchase the Well tank (cheaper) and for his company to just install or for us to have them pick up and deliver the tank and to do the installation. The company also fixed a toilet which was not stopping correctly with the float and which was overflowing if it did not cut itself off, caused by a higher than needed overflow outlet pipe which allowed more water to rise too fast for the overflow pipe to catch up. We had already had an overflow which damaged the ceiling below that second floor toilet. This plumbing work was done effectively and efficiently as expected. My husband and I are very pleased.
