        Mr. Whitby represented me at circuit court for a reckless driving charge after appealing the district court ruling. I couldn't be more pleased with the outcome...case dismissed! I was represented at district court by a different lawyer who took my money and didn't say two words in court. If you get a ticket anywhere in Southern VA, this is the law office who should represent you!! Thanks Joe!
