Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Dahlgren-King George, VA

Location and price are all this hotel has going for it the rooms are not good, dirty carpet, paint off the walls, stained bed linens, rust in bathroom and the door was rickety and locks sus. We will gladly pay 50 dollars more for a clean room.

Where do I begin. Upon arrival I waited 10 mins in the lobby with no one in sight. I finally called the hotel just so I get checked in. During the check in they had me in a room with 1 king bed when I reserved for 2 queens. Before they were able to get me the correct room I was asked to hold on a minute because the lady working had to go to the bathroom. Hallway carpet is disgusting and the room is no better. Patches on wall curtains, falling down and now of all things they are cleaning the room beside me at 830 at night. I have 2 kids that have sleep problems and I have been listening to the door slam shut for the past 15 mins. Never again will I stay here and if I could of canceled when I got here I would have and went to the Hampton Inn.

The rooms and carpet are atrocious. The website said they had an indoor pool, but that is apparently a location in California? But the staff is fantastic. They were extremely helpful with the things we needed and were great to work with. Honestly, we didn't over pay, the location for where we were going and what we needed was fantastic. I think the problems stem from the location near the naval base.
