River City Flower Studio

First time customer ordered Valentine flowers for my wife on the day of delivery. The driver showed up had broken the vase and locked his keys in the vehicle. It was around 1:30 PM. I got off work and I had to do not received message on my wife receiving her delivery around 3 PM so I called The studio to see what was going on and then the driver had just got back and the lady told me that they were going to redo the flower arrangement and send them right back out. At 4 PM an hour later, my wife had still not received the flowers so I called the studio again. Another lady answers and tells me that the driver is still nine minutes away. I had told the first lady at 3 PM that my wife was scheduled to get off work by 4:15 PM, the flowers were finally delivered at 4:20 PM. The arrangement of flowers I had selected the premium, so I expected it to be Somewhat of an extravagant arrangement of flowers from the special day for my wife the quality of the flowers looks really nice and they smell great with the size of the arrangement was disappointing. It was smaller than I had anticipated. After having to go through all of this experience and the cost of the arrangement four the end result, I felt let down and it wasnt worth it and was told I would be contacted by the owner About my experience, but never was

Easy to order and they were able to deliver my gifts in perfect condition. Even placing my order just a couple days before Valentines Day there was no hassle and never had a doubt that it was going to get where I wanted, when I wanted. Great Job!
