I had a tour at 10am that I got two confirmation texts and an email for. I called 10 times while I waited outside for 40 mins and nobody answered. Finally, they opened at 10:40, 40 mins after my confirmed appointment time, and I find out that the base price is about $200 less than advertised due to all these hidden fees on top of them wanting a $1,000-2,000 deposit. Very unprofessional way to run a business and a huge waste of my time.

I don't even know where to start with this place. I wish I could give this place a -5. The only good thing I can say is that the staff responds quickly; as for everything else... It's a lot. Let's start with the appliances. We had literally no sense of security in our home for a month after our doorknob straight up fell off, leaving us without a functioning door. We called maintenance to come fix it (they're horrible btw) just for them to show up, say that they need the parts, and that they would show up to fix it the next day. Spoiler, they didn't show up for 2 weeks. We have a dryer that's given out more than 5 times and a 6th time as of now since it broke, again. Multiple light bulbs would just burn out constantly as if they were bought at Dollar Tree from a clearance section. Our A/C gave out in the middle of summer and all the electrical issues we've had in our time here. I'm gonna move away from the entree and move to the main meal with the leasing office. We paid around two thousand two hundred dollars a month for rent, but in the last move-out months everything changed. It was our mistake; we gave a 30-day notice instead of 60. That ended up being a nearly seven thousand dollar mistake since they hiked the price to their liking, now making us pay a thousand for the first 13 days and another thousand nine hundred for the last 17 days of the month (doesn't make sense but they can do that now since we're already in a contract), and for the last month, they were trying to get us to pay four thousand four hundred dollars, literally double of what we pay a month. After pleading with them, they were so generous (not) to lower it by a thousand -_- making us still pay almost seven thousand for the last two months instead of four thousand four hundred. The staff throughout the whole scenario honestly didn't care or try to help since it's obviously not their problem since "contract". They can do what they want and charge you what they want. Unless you want a clubhouse w/ a gym that you can't access for multiple months after 6 pm because, you guessed it, maintenance couldn't fix the key locks. An apartment with a valet service (that you pay for) that doesn't pick up the trash majority of the time, utilities that constantly give out, and a service staff that literally does not care about you and will try to leech you of as much money as they can (when they're actually at work for half the month, fyi), then you're 100% in the right spot to get screwed over. Now if you're looking for something better, literally go anywhere else and not this place. If you've taken your time to read this and want to reach out to me for questions, I am more than willing to respond to them.

I can't even begin to get into the stress and money spent so I won't, but I honestly have nothing to say except I am disappointed in the incompetence of everyone- from management, the leasing staff, and maintenance. Them not knowing their jobs have cost me and my family a great deal after living here since October 2022. I'm so disappointed and discouraged but I knew I needed to write this review. The property manager and her leasing staff are slow and lack basic skills like following up, being on time, and being clear on their own policies. The people I worked with were Vinita (property manager ) Daesha Figueroa and Triniti Thompson- all incompetent beyond belief. I'm a current resident, and if I had the money I would move. I will not renew or recommend. If you want more details to make an informed decision on where you are spending your money and living, please email/ message me.
