        We called an hour before closing and talked to Ben. He was so helpful and kind. We needed something quickly and he set it aside for my husband and had it all ready to go when he got there. Amazing customer service and very accommodating. Well definitely be using this place again when were in the area!

        Ben at Reston music was super helpful when I came in as a total beginner with a bunch of questions on what I needed to get started with my new bass! Super patient and kind, and exchanged the strings I bought when I accidentally snapped the E string trying to string my bass for the first time. Really glad I shopped local instead of on Amazon. Ill be back!

        My mom's cello needed a new A string. The music experts, who can handle any music-making tool or instrument, serviced the cello on the spot! Great that we didn't have to order a string from you-know-where (I wouldn't have ordered it from there, anyway), but even greater that I could travel down the road to my friendly local music super can-do's!
