Absolutely terrible. The owner (TIM) is very disrespectful and verbally abusive. As for the technicians, it's seldom you see the same people come around since their turnover rate is so high. Most of the home owners in this area now go elsewhere for their HVAC needs.

I would like to thank mike l. For coming out to repair my air conditioner during a time when the temperature was well above 90 degrees. I was very impressed with his professionalism as he took his time to inspect all the components both inside and out before drawing his conclusions. He was able to quickly determine the problem and resolve the issue. If mike ever needs a reference or a job in the future he should reach out to me. It's rare that you end up with an employee that has this level of knowledge but at the same time shares with you what needs to be done. Central Services was a HUGE life saver today! Today was my second son's first birthday and we had a large party arranged. Well, last night at nearly midnight I discovered that my AC was no longer cooling and the forecast temperature for today was 95+. I called Central Services at 6:30 this morning in a panic and the receptionist advised me that I should receive a phone call around 8:00 am to discuss scheduling of repairs. I was not expecting same day service (though I was certainly hoping for it due to the event of the day) and when I got a call back, promptly at 8:00, they told me I had a window of 10:00-12:00 that morning! The technician arrived at my house at about 10:20, quickly diagnosed the problem (a failed capacitor) and had repairs completed within an hour. He also advised me on other minor things that may help overall cooling of my home while he was working on my AC unit. The price was expensive but more than reasonable in my opinion. Our son's first birthday party was saved, thanks to Central Services! I highly recommend their HVAC services.
