They refused to even provide a quote since they lacked the expertise to do so. Very strange since thats what their expertise is supposed to be. I recommend calling elsewhere.

I cannot rate Jonathan Katz highly enough! He has helped my mother, father, and I all decide on the best health insurance plans for our individual circumstances (including Medicare). He is so courteous and patient in helping to explain all the options and makes great recommendations. I have never felt pressured to choose any specific plan and wholly appreciate his insight and expertise. He and his group at Virginia Medical Plans are the best! And all of their guidance is totally free so theres truly no reason not to choose your health insurance through them, even if youre choosing a plan from the government Marketplace.

Very kind and thoughtful professional agent. I would recommend Mr. Katz to anyone. My husband loves his recommendation of insurance options. I have worked with several insurance agency, but I think he is the best so far. After talking with him 30 mins, I instantly decided to go with him.
