The gym is very organized and clean, with easy Reston/Herndon access. Carlos is an expert trainer with decades of knowledge and experience. He has worked with high level clients around the world and could easily have a huge gym; but he chooses to work with individuals, keeping things simple in his beautiful private studio! His training goes well beyond fitness too and includes a lifelong background in martial arts as well tactical situations involving firearms for both competition and self-defense. If you're committed in your goals for self-improvement, there is no better hardworking/devoted coach in the area than Carlos!

I have had multiple trainers in my life and by far Coach Carlos is the best. He makes working out fun and he is very knowledgeable about different training methods. Personal Training is worth every penny! 5 stars to Coach Carlos.
