Excellent experience with Erick and Mitch repainting our maple kitchen cabinets to white. Gave good advice on the shade (Alabaster), and carefully refinished everything over 4 days. These are craftsmen so their finish work is high quality. All of our friends have been impressed. Before photos show the Maple finish circa 2004, and new 2019 custom painted white kitchen cabinets. I found Furniture Medic through the Google search engine - which linked me to the company through the Yellow Pages as servicing Stafford, VA area. I e-mailed pictures of my furniture's damage as the company's website instructed, but had to e-mail again and follow up for a response. I then played phone tag with Brad (possibly the manager or owner), who seemed very helpful when I spoke to him. While conversing with Brad, it came out that Brad's company did not service Stafford area, which surprised both of us because I found Furniture Medic through Google search and the Yellow Pages online. Nonetheless, Brad offered to estimate a price taking into account the distance his tech would have to travel and promised to contact me again regarding a quote to come out to Stafford to do the repairs - unfortunately Brad never followed up. I prompted him again with an e-mail about a week later but nobody at the company responded. Maybe I am old fashioned but I am a big fan of communication and if you promise to do something, you do it, period. If you cannot deliver, you admit it up front. The biggest disappointment was being told somebody would do something, but with apparently no intention of following through. Valuable time was lost at my end because I was dealing with a Transportation Service Provider.
