Tutti Frutti Frozen Yogurt

Quality of Yogurt: 2.5 stars Customer Service: 1.5 stars Cleanliness: 5 stars Used to be my favorite spot when they were new to the area. Since then, the quality/variety of toppings and yogurt has dramatically gone down. During the last 2 visits, none of the THREE flavors I wanted, were ready due to "the machine not being cold enough yet." Both of those visits were around 12:30-1:00 and the place was empty. Not sure why the machines were faulty on two separate occasions. I've also had experiences where the yogurt was "cold and ready" but pretty runny when I pulled the lever. The staff used to be so nice and welcoming. Now I'm lucky if I even get greeted at the register. I was ecstatic about this location because it's so close to my office, but I'll stick to the Chantilly location from now on.
